JEHOVAH (SOME OF GOD’S NAMES!)
JEHOVAH ROHI:
God is my Shepherd,
What A Wonderful Shepherd You are!
Your Unconditional Love for me,
Encourages me to reach towards Heaven – not just for a star!
JEHOVAH JIREH:
God is my Provider,
In every way, it is True…
It may not be as I would expect, or like,
But You never fail to come Through!
JEHOVAH SHALOM:
God is my Peace,
Which acts as a ‘plumb-line’ for me!
When Your Peace is in place, I sense The Smile upon Your Face –
And It Bears Your Fruit, in my life, for all to see!
JEHOVAH ROPHE:
God is my Healer,
When any sickness tries to draw near!
The first step towards True Healing, I have discovered,
Is to acknowledge to You the presence of any fear!
JEHOVAH TSIDKENU:
God is my Righteousness,
Without Your Sacrificial Love where would I be?
Like anyone else I have to accept -
It is all done Through Your Grace and nothing of me!
JEHOVAH SHAMMAH:
God is there,
Because of Your Omnipresence…
I am so glad of this, because, wherever I go,
I can see Your Guarding Presence!
JEHOVAH NISSI:
God is my Banner,
Unconditional Love Declared over me, continually!
Where would I be without it?
I do not know – but Covered by It, I would much rather be!
JEHOVAH MACCADESH:
God is my Sanctifier,
Of that there is no doubt!
What ever mistakes, or blunders, I make,
I can trust Your Holy Spirit to Sort them out!
